FAQ

General Questions

Summit Elite IV & Aesthetics is a mobile wellness company that brings services directly to your home, hotel, office, or event location. Our offerings include IV hydration, vitamin injections, NAD and Niagen services, weight management support, hormone optimization, and group hydration experiences designed to make care more convenient and personalized.

Yes. Summit Elite is a mobile service, which means we come directly to your location for eligible appointments. Depending on scheduling, service area, and treatment type, visits may be available in homes, hotels, offices, and event settings.

We serve a broad coverage area and bring treatment directly to clients within our service region in Middle Tennessee, including Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Wilson, and Dickson Counties. Availability may vary based on distance, scheduling, and appointment type. If you are outside our standard area, additional travel fees may apply.

Appointments can be booked online through our scheduling system. During booking, you will select your service, choose your preferred appointment time, submit required information, and pay the booking deposit if applicable.

Yes. A $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.

The $100 booking deposit is generally non-refundable once your appointment is confirmed, because it reserves dedicated time for your visit. If Summit Elite must reschedule due to provider availability or operational reasons, the deposit can typically be transferred to a new appointment date. Any cancellations within 24 hours of service forfeits the deposit.

We ask clients to provide advance notice if they need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice may allow the deposit to be transferred to a future appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours, or missed appointments, may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. When enough notice is provided under our scheduling policy, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date.

Because we are a mobile service, we do not operate like a traditional walk-in clinic. Same-day bookings may be available based on provider schedules, location, and treatment type, but advance booking is strongly recommended.

Summit Elite IV & Aesthetics is generally a self-pay wellness provider. Insurance coverage is not typically available for mobile wellness and elective services, though clients are always welcome to check with their own carrier if they have questions about reimbursement.

Appointment Questions

After booking, you will receive appointment details and any required forms or intake paperwork. Depending on your treatment, you may also be asked to complete a Good Faith Exam or other screening steps before your visit.

A Good Faith Exam is a brief provider evaluation used for certain treatments to confirm that the service is appropriate and safe for you. It is an important step in helping ensure responsible care and may be required before specific appointments can proceed.

Yes, in most cases. Clients are typically asked to complete intake forms, health history, consent documents, and any treatment-specific paperwork before the appointment. Completing these forms on time helps make the visit more efficient.

Preparation depends on the service, but in general it is helpful to be hydrated, eat appropriately if recommended, review your forms, and be ready in a clean, comfortable space where the provider can work safely.

Appointment length depends on the service selected. Some treatments are relatively quick, while others may take longer due to consultation, setup, infusion time, or observation. You will typically receive a better time estimate when booking your service.

Not every patient is equally easy to stick, and vein access can vary from person to person. Our providers will use their clinical judgment and best efforts to establish access safely. If access cannot be obtained, treatment may not be completed, and we will refund any deposit or payment.

Most services involve a small needle stick or injection, so some discomfort is possible, but many clients find the experience very manageable. Individual sensitivity varies, and your provider will do their best to make the process as comfortable as possible.

Because mobile appointments involve scheduling and travel, it is important to be ready at the agreed time. If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible. Significant delays may affect your appointment or require rescheduling.

Yes, in many cases, but the patient receiving treatment will still need to complete the required health information, screening, consent, and any treatment-specific steps before care can be provided.

After treatment, your provider may review aftercare recommendations and answer any remaining questions. You may be advised to hydrate, eat appropriately, rest if needed, and monitor for anything unexpected. If you have concerns after your appointment, you should contact the appropriate provider or seek medical attention when necessary.

IV Hydration FAQs

IV hydration is a service that delivers fluids directly through an intravenous line. Depending on the selected treatment, it may also include vitamins, nutrients, or supportive ingredients chosen for specific wellness goals.

Clients often book IV hydration for support related to dehydration, fatigue, travel recovery, hangover recovery, wellness maintenance, and general replenishment. The specific reason for treatment varies from person to person.

This depends on the type of IV, the amount of fluid, the ingredients included, and the patient’s individual response. Many appointments can be completed in about an hour, though timing varies.

Every person is different. Some clients say they feel benefits relatively quickly, while others notice a more gradual effect over time. Response depends on hydration status, the selected IV, overall health, and the reason for treatment.

Yes, many IV hydration appointments can be customized with different formulas, upgrade options, or add-ons depending on your goals and eligibility. Your provider can help explain available options.

IV hydration should only be provided when clinically appropriate and after proper screening. Safety depends on the patient’s medical history, current condition, treatment selection, and provider judgment. Not every treatment is appropriate for every person.

Possibly, but it depends on the situation. Some people seek hydration support when feeling unwell, but certain symptoms or conditions may require evaluation by a physician or urgent medical care instead. Screening is an important part of determining whether treatment is appropriate.

Yes, in many cases. IV hydration can be booked at homes, hotels, offices, and certain event locations, depending on logistics, service area, and the type of appointment requested.

This depends on the specific IV selected, but generally includes the mobile visit, the IV setup, fluids, and the ingredients associated with that treatment. Pricing and included components should be explained during booking.

Frequency depends on the type of IV, your wellness goals, your medical history, and provider recommendations. Some people book occasional appointments, while others schedule recurring wellness visits based on their needs.

Vitamin Injection FAQs

Vitamin injections are intramuscular shots that deliver selected vitamins or supportive ingredients directly by injection rather than through an IV bag. They are often chosen for convenience and speed.

Many clients choose injections because they are quick, efficient, and involve less appointment time than an infusion. Others prefer them for targeted support or as part of an ongoing wellness routine.

Offerings vary by provider and menu, but may include options such as B12, B-complex, vitamin D, biotin, glutathione, MIC, and other wellness-support formulations when appropriate.

Injection appointments are typically much shorter than IV appointments, though total visit time still depends on travel, paperwork, consultation, and the number of services selected.

Most clients experience a brief pinch or mild soreness at the injection site. Individual sensitivity varies, and some ingredients may cause more temporary soreness than others.

Response varies by person, ingredient, and overall health. Some clients report noticing support quickly, while others describe more gradual benefits over time.

Frequency depends on the specific injection, your wellness goals, your history, and provider guidance. Some injections may be offered more routinely than others.

They are not necessarily “better” for everyone. Some clients prefer injections because they are convenient and bypass the digestive tract, while others may do well with oral supplementation depending on their goals and provider guidance.

Possible side effects depend on the ingredient and the patient, but may include soreness, redness, tenderness, or brief discomfort at the injection site. Your provider should review treatment-specific considerations with you.

In many cases, yes. Vitamin injections are often added to a visit that also includes IV hydration or another wellness service, depending on your selected treatment plan and eligibility.

NAD FAQs

NAD refers to nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a coenzyme involved in important cellular processes throughout the body. In wellness settings, NAD-focused services are often selected by clients interested in energy, recovery, focus, and overall support.

The terms are often used interchangeably in wellness conversations, but NAD+ specifically refers to the oxidized form involved in cellular energy processes. On your website, it may be helpful to keep the explanation simple and consistent for clients.

Clients often seek NAD services as part of a broader wellness strategy related to energy, mental clarity, recovery, focus, and healthy aging support. Individual goals vary.

Summit Elite may offer NAD+ infusions, NAD injections, and possibly related services depending on the treatment menu. Each option differs in delivery method, appointment length, and overall experience.

An NAD infusion is delivered intravenously over time, while an NAD injection is delivered by intramuscular injection. The appointment experience, duration, and treatment format are different, and one may be more appropriate than another depending on the patient and provider guidance.

NAD infusions usually take longer than standard IV hydration because infusion speed may need to be adjusted for comfort and tolerance. Exact timing depends on the selected dose, the patient’s response, and the provider’s clinical judgment.

Some clients are more sensitive to NAD infusions, which is why infusion rates may be adjusted based on tolerance. Slower administration can help support comfort during the visit.

Possible effects vary by person and by treatment type. Clients may experience temporary discomfort or sensitivity during treatment. Providers should review the treatment process, possible reactions, and aftercare guidance before the service begins.

That depends on your goals, treatment plan, budget, tolerance, and provider guidance. Some clients book a series, while others schedule occasional sessions based on preference and wellness routines.

No. NAD services are not appropriate for every patient or situation. Screening, medical history review, and provider judgment are important in deciding whether treatment is a good fit.

Niagen FAQs

Niagen is a branded form of nicotinamide riboside, a precursor associated with NAD-related wellness support. It is often discussed in conversations about energy, cellular function, and healthy aging.

Some clients are interested in Niagen as part of a broader wellness and longevity strategy. People often ask about it in connection with energy, metabolism, cellular support, and overall wellness goals.

In simple terms, NAD is a coenzyme involved in cellular processes, while Niagen is a precursor that may support NAD-related pathways. For your site, it’s best to explain this in straightforward language without getting too technical.

If these are on your menu, yes. Summit Elite may offer Niagen in infusion and injection formats depending on treatment selection, provider guidance, and client goals.

A Niagen infusion is administered intravenously over time, while a Niagen injection is delivered more quickly by intramuscular injection. The right option depends on the client’s goals, schedule, and provider recommendations.

Timing varies depending on whether the service is an infusion or an injection. Infusions generally require more time, while injections are often much quicker.

Some clients are interested in Niagen because of its role as an NAD precursor and the way it fits into their broader wellness preferences. The best option depends on goals, budget, provider recommendations, and treatment availability.

As with any wellness service, individual response can vary. Providers should review treatment-specific considerations, possible side effects, and aftercare guidance before administration.

Yes, in many cases clients ask about making Niagen part of an ongoing routine. Frequency and treatment structure should be based on goals, provider guidance, and overall plan design.

No. As with other specialty services, not every treatment is appropriate for every person. Screening and provider review help determine whether a service is a suitable option.

Weight Management FAQs

Our weight management services are designed to provide medically guided support for patients pursuing healthy, sustainable progress. Depending on the program, this may include consultation, screening, prescription-related discussions with the appropriate provider, follow-up, and ongoing accountability.

That depends on your goals, medical history, current health status, and provider review. Not everyone is a candidate, and treatment recommendations should always be individualized.

No. Medication is not automatic, guaranteed, or appropriate for every patient. Eligibility depends on medical screening, provider evaluation, and clinical judgment.

This depends on how your program is structured, but it may include intake, review of goals and history, provider-directed screening, education, and a plan for next steps or follow-up.

No. Medication may be one tool for some patients, but long-term success also depends on broader lifestyle, consistency, follow-up, nutrition, activity, and realistic expectations.

Follow-up timing depends on your plan, your response, and provider recommendations. Some clients need more frequent follow-up early on, while others move into a more routine cadence.

No ethical provider should promise guaranteed results. Progress varies from person to person based on many factors, including adherence, biology, health history, treatment plan, and lifestyle.

Possibly. Depending on the program and provider expectations, labs or additional screening may be recommended before or during treatment.

Depending on your program structure, some components may be completed remotely or through a mobile model. Specific requirements may vary by treatment type and medical oversight needs.

We want clients to feel supported throughout the process. Questions about scheduling, follow-up, expectations, and general program structure can be addressed through the appropriate Summit Elite communication channels.
