Jason Ward serves as Chief Clinical Officer and Nurse Leader for Summit Elite IV & Aesthetics, helping shape the clinical direction, patient care standards, and treatment experience across the organization. With more than two decades of healthcare experience, Jason brings a deep understanding of patient care, clinical operations, and what it takes to deliver safe, thoughtful support in a wide range of care settings.
His background includes extensive work in high-acuity environments, where attention to detail, sound judgment, and patient-centered care are essential. At Summit Elite, Jason plays a key role in helping ensure that treatments are delivered with professionalism, consistency, and a strong focus on safety and comfort. He is also instrumental in training, supporting, and guiding the nursing team in the field.

Robert Coles serves as Chief Operations Officer of Summit Elite IV & Aesthetics, where he leads business operations, brand development, growth strategy, systems planning, and the overall client experience. His focus is on building an organization that feels polished, trustworthy, and efficient from the first interaction through follow-up and long-term engagement.
Robert brings a strong background in strategy, marketing, operations, and customer experience, with a passion for building brands that combine substance with service. At Summit Elite, he is responsible for helping shape the company’s vision, operational structure, workflow development, and the high-touch experience that defines the brand.
He believes wellness should be more accessible, more convenient, and better aligned with the realities of everyday life. That philosophy is reflected in Summit Elite’s mobile-first model and its commitment to delivering elevated care with professionalism and heart.
Medical Director
Dr. Joshua Donegan, MD
Dr. Joshua Donegan, MD serves as Medical Director for Summit Elite IV & Aesthetics, where he provides clinical leadership, medical oversight, and guidance for the company’s wellness, IV therapy, and concierge care services. With more than a decade of medical experience, Dr. Donegan brings a strong background in acute care, internal medicine, patient safety, and quality-focused clinical practice.
Since 2018, Dr. Donegan has served the greater Nashville area through acute care medicine, earning a reputation for thoughtful patient care, clinical education, and a deep commitment to safety. He received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine. His clinical experience includes caring for patients with a wide range of complex medical needs, including hypertension, diabetes, stroke-related conditions, and other acute and chronic health concerns.
At Summit Elite, Dr. Donegan helps ensure that every service is delivered with the highest standard of professionalism, medical integrity, and patient-centered care. His role includes supporting clinical protocols, safety standards, provider education, and the overall medical framework that allows Summit Elite to deliver elevated wellness services in a responsible and effective way.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Donegan is passionate about service, education, and continually seeking meaningful opportunities to grow. He has participated in medical mission work and approaches each new chapter with a “dare to be great” mindset. He is excited to expand his practice into outpatient concierge medical services and help make high-quality wellness care more accessible, convenient, and personalized for clients throughout the Nashville area.
