Every visit runs on the same rule: a licensed clinician, a real conversation, and a plan built around your history. Most services begin with a Good Faith Exam, so nothing is recommended — or delivered — without a provider first confirming it is right for you. Convenience is the delivery method. Clinical care is the product.

Every company has an origin story. Ours is simpler than most: four people who spent their careers inside healthcare looked at how hard it had become to actually access great care — and decided to build the practice they'd want for their own families.

We provide mobile IV hydration, wellness, and aesthetics services throughout Nashville and surrounding communities. Availability may vary based on provider schedules, service type, and travel distance.
Do I need to visit a clinic?+
No. Summit Elite is designed around convenience. Our mobile team comes to you, allowing you to receive select wellness treatments in the comfort of your home, hotel, office, or private event setting.
Who performs the treatments?+
Services are performed by licensed medical professionals. A yearly Good Faith Exam is required for most IV and NAD services, and treatment decisions are based on medical history, current condition, and provider judgment.
Do the new Labs & Lab Reviews require an appointment?+
We can order 100+ labs across body systems. After your results arrive, our team reviews them with you in a personalized consultation so you understand what the numbers mean and what to do next.
How does the Weight Management program work?+
We offer two tiers: a $199/month GLP-1 Membership (medication prescribed by our Medical Director) and a $499/month Total Solution that adds weekly telehealth visits with Licensed Clinical Nutritionist Robert Coles, plus optional monthly in-person and gym sessions. Both require clinical eligibility review.
How do vitamin and wellness injections work?+
Our injections are quick intramuscular treatments delivered by a licensed medical professional. Add any shot to an IV or NAD appointment for $25, book a bundle of 3 or more injections (we come to you), or schedule a dedicated 30-minute Wellness Injection Visit ($149 minimum purchase).
