1. Use of this website
This website provides information about our wellness services and allows you to request appointments. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it. Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice.
2. Booking, eligibility & clinical review
Submitting a booking request does not create a confirmed appointment — our team confirms every request directly. Most IV and NAD services require a yearly Good Faith Exam, and all treatments are provided only when clinically appropriate, based on your intake, health history, and provider judgment. We may decline or modify any service we determine is not appropriate for you. Weight Management and GLP-1 therapy require clinical eligibility review by our Medical Director.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices displayed for our services are current at the time of publication but may change; the price confirmed at booking is the price that applies. Mobile and lounge rates differ as shown, group pricing applies at the thresholds we publish, and add-ons are billed per the current menu.
4. Cancellations & rescheduling
We ask that you contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule — our nurses schedule their routes around your appointment, and early notice lets us offer the time to another client. Group and event bookings may have separate scheduling terms communicated in your quote.
5. Health disclaimer
Summit Elite provides wellness services. Our treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and statements on this site are not a substitute for advice from your physician. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your specific condition before beginning any wellness service. Individual results and experiences vary.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, imagery, design, and branding — is the property of Summit Elite IV & Aesthetics and may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Elite IV & Aesthetics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
