How we practice.
Summit Elite exists because wellness deserves better than a conveyor belt. These are the principles that govern every appointment we book, every formula we mix, and every recommendation we make.

We focus on the individual
You are never a number on a route. Every client relationship starts with your story — your health history, your goals, your schedule, and how you actually live. Your treatment plan is built around that, not around what's convenient for us.
We customize treatments to your needs
Formula selection, add-ons, dosing within protocol, treatment pacing, and program design are all tailored. As your goals evolve and your labs inform the picture, your plan evolves with them.
We are not one size fits all
What works for your friend may not be right for you — and we'll tell you so. If a service isn't clinically appropriate for you, we don't perform it. We recommend the right fit, even when it's the less expensive option.
We are medically guided
Our protocols are overseen by our Medical Director, Dr. Joshua Donegan, MD. Most services require a yearly Good Faith Exam, every treatment is delivered by licensed medical professionals, and our Chief Compliance Officer ensures the standard never slips.
Safety is our utmost priority
Screening before every visit, sterile technique and clinical standards throughout, monitoring during treatment, and follow-up after. If something isn't right, we stop — every time, without exception.
"Wellness. Elevated." isn't a slogan — it's the standard we hold every single visit to.
What this looks like at your appointment
Personalization isn't a marketing word for us — it's a clinical process. It starts before we ever arrive, with a thorough digital intake covering your health history, medications, and goals. From there, your provider recommends the treatment that fits you, adjusts it within protocol, and checks in afterward.
- Every client completes a full health intake before treatment — history, medications, allergies, and goals
- Your provider recommends a formula and add-ons matched to your needs, not an upsell script
- Dosing, pacing, and treatment length are adjusted within clinical protocol for your comfort and safety
- Aftercare guidance and follow-up support come standard with every visit
- Labs and lab reviews can inform a longer-term, data-driven plan when you want one
When we say no
Customization means nothing without the willingness to decline. If a treatment isn't clinically appropriate for you — because of a contraindication in your history, a condition that needs a different level of care, or anything your provider isn't fully comfortable with — we don't perform it. We'll explain why and point you toward the right path, even when that path isn't ours.
- Treatments are only performed when clinically appropriate for you specifically
- Contraindications identified in intake or the Good Faith Exam end the treatment conversation, not modify it
- When something needs urgent or emergent care, we direct you there immediately
- Your provider's clinical judgment always overrides convenience — ours and yours
Our clinical safeguards
Personalized care and rigorous standards aren't opposites — each is what makes the other trustworthy. Every service operates inside the same framework:
- A yearly Good Faith Exam required for most IV and NAD services
- Every treatment administered by licensed medical professionals
- Clinical protocols and oversight from our Medical Director, Dr. Joshua Donegan, MD
- Compliance oversight from our Chief Compliance Officer, Dr. Laura Purdy, MD
- Sterile technique, clinical-grade supplies, and monitoring throughout treatment
- Weight Management and GLP-1 therapy prescribed only after clinical eligibility review
