Eligibility & Safety

Is this program right for you?

The Complete Wellness Package isn't sold to anyone whose clinical picture says otherwise — and it isn't right for someone looking for a quick fix with zero participation. GLP-1 therapy requires a clinical eligibility review by our Medical Director, and the behavior work requires that you show up. Here's who thrives in this program, and what the medical layer looks like.

This program is built for you if…

  • You have significant weight to lose and you're done with diets that ignore behavior
  • You want medically guided GLP-1 therapy with real oversight — not a rubber stamp
  • You'll attend a weekly Zoom, train once a month, and log in the app
  • You want a coach who has personally lived the journey you're starting
  • You're ready to change the system, not just the menu

The medical layer

  • Clinical eligibility review by our Medical Director, Dr. Joshua Donegan, MD
  • Yearly Good Faith Exam required for program participation
  • Monthly provider telehealth visits throughout your GLP-1 therapy
  • Baseline labs and clinical monitoring as clinically indicated
  • Medication prescribed only when clinically appropriate

Inside the $499 program.

This isn't a list of perks — it's a coordinated system. Every element exists because Robert needed every element on his own 306-pound journey. Here's what each one actually looks like in your life, month after month.

GLP-1 medication, prescribed & delivered

Your GLP-1 medication is prescribed by our Medical Director, Dr. Joshua Donegan, MD — after a Good Faith Exam and clinical eligibility review that considers your health history and labs. This is real medicine under real medical oversight, not a telehealth rubber stamp.

Once prescribed, your medication is delivered to your door every month. No pharmacy lines, no waiting rooms, no 'I'll pick it up next week' — the kind of friction that quietly kills programs. It arrives; you stay on protocol.

Weekly 60-minute nutrition & behavior Zooms

Every week, you and I sit down for a full 60-minute session. Some weeks that's meal plans and macro strategy. Most weeks it's the real work: behavioral changes, stress patterns, weeknight failures, the stuff between you and consistency. We set concrete goals, review the week's data, and leave every session with a specific plan.

Weekly is the cadence that changes people. Monthly check-ins let problems calcify into patterns; weekly means we catch the drift while it's still a single decision, not a relapse.

Monthly 1-on-1 gym training session

Once a month, we train together in person for a full hour. As a Certified Personal Trainer, I build your fitness routine around the body you have today — not the one a fitness influencer pretends you have. At 490 pounds, my 'exercise' was walking. Yours will meet you exactly where you are, and progress from there.

Your routine lives in the app so it follows you the other 30 days of the month. The monthly session is where we refine form, escalate intensity safely, and turn 'I should exercise' into a schedule that already exists.

Monthly provider telehealth visit

Every month you meet with our provider to review how the medication is working — efficacy, tolerability, and any adjustments. Your dosing and plan are managed clinically across the full journey, with Dr. Donegan's oversight, not left to a one-and-done prescription.

This is the layer most programs skip and regulators worry about. GLP-1s are serious medication; someone qualified should be watching. Ours is, every month.

Your proprietary weight management app

Everything lives in our proprietary weight management app: custom meal plans built around your preferences and goals, fitness routines programmed for your body, and tracking that shows your success trending in the right direction — weight, habits, streaks, all of it.

The app is how a weekly program feels daily. Log your meals, follow your plan, watch your progress accumulate, and let me see the full picture between our sessions — so our coaching is based on your real data, not your recollection of it.

Daily motivations & direct coach access

You get daily motivations and direct contact with me — your wellness coach — throughout the program. The day you want to quit (and that day exists for everyone, including me in 2023) is the day this matters most. You message me; we handle it before it becomes a spiral.

This is the difference between a program and a relationship. A program doesn't answer at 7 PM on a hard Tuesday. I do — because someone losing 306 pounds has hard Tuesdays, and I needed people who showed up.

My Story — in my own words

Most weight loss programs are run by people who studied the science. This one is run by someone who survived it — and came out the other side 306 pounds lighter, a half-marathon finisher, and permanently certain about what actually works. This is Robert Coles' story, in his own words.

01

The Appointment That Changed Everything

At 490 pounds, with a BMI of 68.3, I sat in an exam room and heard the words no one is ever ready for: my doctors told me I had less than two years to live if I didn't make a substantial change. Not a warning about the distant future. Not a gentle suggestion to think about my habits. Less than two years.

I want you to sit with that number the way I had to. 68.3. A BMI over 40 is classified as severe obesity — mine was pushing 70. Every system in my body was working overtime just to keep me alive, and my doctors could see the timeline running out in my bloodwork. That appointment is the reason this program exists.

02

The Fall That Woke Me Up

You'd think a two-year prognosis would be the wake-up call. It wasn't. Human beings are remarkable at absorbing bad news and doing nothing with it. What actually broke through was something far more ordinary: I fell and broke my foot.

Immobile and frustrated, I gained 40 pounds in less than two months. Forty pounds. In eight weeks, I undid more progress than most people make in a year — in the wrong direction. That's when it landed: my body wasn't a machine I could keep borrowing against. I decided, on that couch with my broken foot, that I needed to make a big change. Not a diet. A different life.

03

The Decision — GLP-1s, Movement, and Surgery

I didn't pretend I could white-knuckle my way from 490 pounds. I used every evidence-based tool available, in the right order, under medical supervision. I started with GLP-1 medication and basic exercises — and I mean basic. The version of me at 490 pounds could not run, and pretending otherwise would have ended the journey before it started. I walked. I moved. I showed up.

Alongside the GLP-1s, I underwent gastric sleeve surgery. Here's what I tell every client about that: surgery was my tool, not my magic. Plenty of people have this surgery and regain every pound, because the surgery changes your stomach, not your behavior. The medication and the surgery created a window of opportunity — but walking through it, every single day, was behavioral. That distinction is the entire philosophy of this program.

04

The Runner Emerges

Post-surgery, I kept moving. The walks got longer. Then faster. Then one day — and I remember exactly where I was — I realized I was running. The man who broke his foot getting to 490-plus pounds became an avid runner. I've now completed over 40 races: 5Ks, 10Ks, 15Ks, and 10-milers. In April of 2025, I finished my first half marathon — 13.1 miles, on my own two feet.

I don't share that to impress you. I share it because if you're reading this at a weight that feels hopeless, you need to know the distance between your body now and the life you want is crossable. I crossed it one unglamorous decision at a time, and I keep crossing it. Your finish line doesn't have to be a half marathon. But it exists, and it's closer than you think.

05

Where I Am Now

Today I weigh 184 pounds. My BMI is 25.6 — inside the healthy range. The total distance traveled: 306 pounds, from 490 to 184, and from a BMI of 68.3 to 25.6. There is no 'after photo' of this journey where I stop doing the work. Maintenance is behavior too, and the behaviors I built on the way down are the same ones keeping me here now.

06

Why I Built This Program

I built the program I desperately needed when I was 490 pounds and being handed a two-year timeline. The structure that made my transformation possible — GLP-1 medication under a doctor's care, real nutrition coaching, actual training with a professional, and constant accountability between appointments — is exactly what the Complete Wellness Package delivers. Nothing in this program is theoretical to me. Every piece of it is a tool I used myself.

I'm not going to tell you it was easy or that mine is the only path. But I will tell you this: when your coach has stood where you're standing — the fear, the failed diets, the broken foot moments — the plan gets real. I know which excuses are real obstacles and which ones are protection. I know because I used all of them.

The Philosophy

Why I focus on behavior, not just food

People always ask me for the meal plan. And yes — nutrition matters, and it's a factor in this program. But here's the truth I learned losing 306 pounds: this practice isn't so much about teaching you the right foods to eat. It's about behavior modification.

If you don't make behavioral shifts, no diet in the world is going to help you with long-term success. None. You already know the broccoli is better than the drive-thru. Every person sitting at 300 or 400 pounds knows it. Knowing was never the problem — the problem is that knowledge doesn't stand a chance against stress, habit, environment, and years of unexamined behavior patterns.

So we work on the actual machinery of change: what you do when you're stressed, what your kitchen looks like at 9 PM, how you talk to yourself after a bad day, what you believe you're capable of. When the behaviors shift, the weight follows — and stays gone, because the system that produced it has been rebuilt. That's why our clients don't just lose weight. They change the way they live.

Running shoes, water, and a habit journal in golden morning light — the small behaviors behind lasting change

Identity over willpower

Willpower is a battery that dies by 3 PM. Identity is a system that works while you sleep. We build new defaults until the healthy choice is the automatic one.

Environment design

Your surroundings beat your intentions every time. We redesign your kitchen, your schedule, and your routines so the path of least resistance points at your goal.

Data over guessing

Labs, body composition, and app-tracked progress replace guesswork. When the data says the plan needs adjusting, we adjust it — without drama.

Accountability that's human

Daily motivations and direct access to me mean you never go through a hard week invisible. I know what a hard week feels like from the inside.

Weight Management FAQs

How fast will I lose weight on this program?+

Honestly — it varies, and anyone promising you a number is selling you. Clinically guided GLP-1 therapy with behavioral coaching typically produces steady, sustainable loss over months, not dramatic drops over weeks. We track your actual data monthly and adjust. Sustainable pace is the entire point: I regained 40 pounds in under two months, so I know exactly how fast the wrong kind of change reverses.

Did Robert have gastric sleeve surgery? Do I have to?+

Yes — Robert's personal path included gastric sleeve surgery, alongside GLP-1s and consistent training. But his path is his; yours is yours. The program does not require surgery. GLP-1 medication and the behavioral system work for many clients without any surgical intervention, and any surgical decision belongs between you and your own physicians. The program's value is the guided system, not one specific tool.

Is a GLP-1 required to join?+

GLP-1 medication is prescribed when clinically appropriate — that's what the eligibility review determines, and a small number of clients are better served by non-medication paths. Our Medical Director makes that call with you, based on your health history and labs. Nobody is medicated who shouldn't be.

I've failed every diet I've tried. Why is this different?+

Because failure was the expected outcome of a tool that doesn't address behavior. You didn't fail the diets — the diets failed to change the system that produces your choices. This program treats food knowledge as one factor and behavior modification as the core work. You're not starting another diet. You're rebuilding the operating system.

What exactly is in the app?+

Custom meal plans built around your goals and preferences, fitness routines programmed for your current fitness level, progress tracking so you can watch your success accumulate, and the daily motivations and messaging that keep you connected to your coach between sessions.

Can I do the program remotely?+

Most of it, yes — the weekly nutrition Zooms and monthly provider telehealth are remote by design. The monthly personal training session is in person in the Nashville area, which is why the program best serves clients who can travel to us once a month. The $199 GLP-1 Membership is fully remote.

What happens when I hit my goal weight?+

We plan for maintenance from day one — because maintenance is behavior too. The habits, environment design, and data-tracking you build on the way down are the same system that keeps you there. As you approach goal, we shift the plan's emphasis from loss to maintenance, and your coaching cadence supports that transition.

Why does the Complete Wellness Package cost $499/month?+

Add up what it replaces: a GLP-1 prescription with monthly provider oversight, weekly 60-minute nutrition and behavior coaching, monthly personal training, and an app with your custom plans — purchased separately, those services would cost multiples of $499. The price reflects everything being in one place, coordinated by one team, guided by one person who has lived it.
